Education is a sector that often carries the requirements of expedient program time to comply with term times alongside a flexible interior layout. This flexible design feature creates what could be thought of as a time proofing element that enables the users of the building to be creative with the larger spaces they have available to them. A fully structural frame allows non structural partitioning walls. These facilitate a low cost and non permanent feature which can be adapted as the building use develops, grows or changes into the future.

Careful consideration to the structural solution for an educational establishment allows large spans to be achieved, engineered timber openings to create more interesting and engaging use of light throughout the building , and a structure that forms part of the aesthetic.
