B & K Structures Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bowmer & Kirkland Group, one of the largest privately owned contractors in the UK. Operating as a structures business since 1974 the company is known for its quality and service within the construction market, also for its diverse offer.

The use of engineered products in today’s construction market is more crucial than ever before, clients are demanding high specification and quality of materials that far exceed what has been acceptable in the past. With this in mind we have re-aligned our business to accommodate our clients requirements and have incorporated our former construction business’s (B & K Steelwork Fabrications Ltd and B & K Timber Structures) to form B & K Structures Ltd.

B & K Structures Ltd offers a unique service from design to installation, but we have added to the material range and further extended our early project support to the client’s professional team. We now offer a range of products that includes Glulam, Cross Laminated Timber (X-LAM) and SIP’s, in 2010 we introduced a range of roof and wall cassettes, complete with their internal and external treatments factory installed and we have undertaken Pre Cast Concrete as part of our package supply, all in addition to the steel fabrication business which we still enhance either as part of a unique Hybrid Structures combined with one or more of the products named above, or on it’s own when used within inner city refurbishment projects or project extensions.

From 2011 onwards we will incorporate, site installed roof and wall systems, these will include; Built up, membrane and standing seam roofs, composite and sedum solutions, for the wall they will range from insulated renders, timber facades, to metal systems, your project requirements will be catered with attention to the key and robust interface details.
