B & K Structures, utilises the most sophisticated of methods of manufacturing in conjunction with our supply chain, CNC machinery including large bed machining technology using laser eye sensors, to position and accurately produce the product detail and desired shapes, notches, penetrations. Multi-tool magazines ensure tool changes are quick, eliminating downtime and maximising production. The latest production techniques achieve unparalleled precision in the manufacture of in particular our engineered timber components and by utilising state-of-the-art software all our products are 3D modelled, therefore ensuring that before any manufacture commences we know that the design is fully integrated and that it will fit first time when it arrives on site. This also has a positive benefit in the reduction of waste materials.

Within our timber manufacture our software also allows new cross sectional shapes to be achieved, offering limitless potential for design innovation, raises the bar for aesthetics and enhancing the value engineering of a project.
