Panattoni Park, Burgess Hill

This large-scale, multi-unit industrial hub in South London is part of a 22-acre development for Panattoni – one of the largest industrial clients in the UK.
B&K Hybrid Solutions were proud to supply and erect 1600 tonnes of structural steelwork for the project on behalf of MCS Group, delivering 14 warehouse units, spread across 8 buildings, ranging in size between 8,100 to 143,000 sq ft.

Glass Systems, Port Talbot

Expanding their six factories across the UK, Glass Systems have added another development to their fleet for this large-scale industrial unit, which includes a mezzanine office measuring 1,355 sqm.
The expert team at B&K Hybrid Solutions detailed, fabricated and erected 800 tonnes of hot and cold rolled structural steelwork for the project on behalf of B+K, which safeguarded up to 500 jobs within the Port Talbot area.

Frontier Park

B&K Hybrid Solutions delivered the structural steelwork for five new speculative industrial and logistics units at Frontier Park in Burnley - a new £100m mixed-use development which includes nearly one million square feet of industrial and warehouse space.
We detailed, fabricated and erected nearly 1800 tonnes of structural steelwork, with Units 1 & 2 erected in just two and four weeks respectively, including steelwork spanning up to 48 meters in length.

Project SPARK

Located just minutes away from Junction 9 and 10 of the M6, Project SPARK sits at the gateway to the Midlands – aiming to create a thriving new employment scheme within the region’s manufacturing and logistics hub.
B&K Hybrid Solutions delivered almost 900 tonnes of structural steelwork for the first two units of the project, totalling 255,000sq ft and 18,000sq ft, on behalf of Bowmer and Kirkland, and will be returning to site late this year for Phase 2.

Siemens Mobility

Set to open later this year, Siemen’s new £100 million state-of-the-art manufacturing, digital engineering, and R&D facility features a new multi-storey office block and concourse structure and connecting warehouse and production factory.
BKHS have manufactured and delivered approximately 730 tonnes of structural steelwork from our state-of-the-art production facility, including the steel trusses and PCC floor planks.

This speculative scheme comprised of five new build industrial and logistic units ranging from 19,000 to 53,700 sq ft, aimed to deliver much-needed Grade-A space to the air around Brighton City Airport.
Showcasing our expertise in the multi-unit industrial steelwork sector, B&K Hybrid Solutions were appointed to design, fabricate and erect 575 tonnes of hot rolled structural steel work and 165 tonnes of cold rolled steelwork.
