An environmentally exemplary new office space, replacing a disused and derelict 1962 office block - in order to accommodate up to 25 charities under one roof. With the use of innovative timber technologies - B&K Structures designed, supplied and installed a hybrid structure which blended natural steel, glulam and cross laminated timber.
