Boxyard Hayes, where B&K Hybrid Solutions delivered the structural steelwork package on behalf of MCS Group Ltd and the client Wrenbridge, is now complete.

The new Boxyard development in Hayes, West London is a speculative, Grade A urban logistics development with a GDV of £50m. The scheme totals 83,746 sq ft, split across four units ranging between 15,158 sq ft to 25,630 sq ft, with the flexibility to combine the units for larger requirements.

BKHS completed the member and connection steelwork design and manufactured and erected over 350 tonnes of steel for the project.

Each unit has first floor office and mezzanine spaces and pushes the bar in sustainability. The development benefits from the highest ESG credentials with BREEAM Outstanding and EPCA+ being targeted as well as Net Zero carbon during construction and operation.

Key features include a large loading area with multiple loading doors, 12.5m clearance, passenger lifts and glazing to all first-floor accommodation. Boxyard has been designed to suit a range of storage, distribution, manufacturing and studio uses and offers a new destination for businesses to excel.

B&K Hybrid Solutions were proud to deliver another successful project on behalf of MCS Group Ltd, and would like to congratulate the whole project team on their hard work and a fantastic result.
