B&K Hybrid Solutions are delivering a multi-unit speculative industrial facility on behalf of Glencar Construction at Panattoni Park Brighton, near Brighton City Airport.
Panattoni Park Brighton is set to be completed in Spring 2024. BKHS have been appointed to design, fabricate, and erect 575 tonnes of hot rolled structural steelwork and 165 tonnes of cold rolled steelwork.
The speculative industrial five-unit scheme exemplifies our capabilities and credentials within this sector, where we are consistently producing high quality portal frames, on time and to an exceptional standard.
Panattoni Park Brighton is being developed speculatively and comprises of five new build industrial and logistics units ranging from 19,000 to 53,700 sq ft.
The project, situated adjacent to Brighton City Airport, includes works to the public highway and is targeted to be a BREEAM excellent development.
When completed, it will deliver much-needed Grade-A space within this fast-growing region ideally set-up for the last mile delivery operations looking to address consumer markets clustering the south coast.
