B&K Hybrid Solutions were proud to deliver four units at Panattoni Park Brighton - near Brighton City Airport - on behalf of Glencar Construction.
BKHS were appointed to design, fabricate, and erect 575 tonnes of hot rolled structural steelwork and 165 tonnes of cold rolled steelwork for the multi-unit speculative industrial facility. The project exemplifies our capabilities and credentials within this sector, where we are consistently producing high quality portal frames, on time and to an exceptional standard - targeted to be a BREEAM excellent
The five new build industrial and logistics units, ranging from 19,000 to 53,700 sq ft, are situated adjacent to Brighton City Airport, and the project included works to the public highway.
Now complete, Panattoni Park Brighton delivers much-needed Grade-A space within the fast-growing region.
