B&K Hybrid Solutions are now on site at Panattoni Park Swindon, delivering a new structural steelwork MSCP structure on behalf of McLaren Construction Group.
Another addition to our growing Multi Storey Car Park portfolio, B&K Hybrid Solutions will manufacture, detail and erect 170 tonnes of steelwork – delivered from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Derby – and install the metal decking package.
As a full Design and Build project, our expert team of in-house structural engineers have completed innovative member and connection design for the steelwork elements, showcasing our significant expertise and experience in the MSCP sector.
The Swindon Panattoni Park regeneration plan aims to bring new life and jobs to the existing site, which was historically used as brownfield land before being an airfield during World War II, and then later it was redeveloped for car manufacturing by Honda in the late 20th century, which closed its operations in 2021.
When complete, the site will deliver an impressive 7.2 million sq ft of best-in-class logistics, industrial and data centre real estate.
