The BKHS team designed, detailed, manufactured, painted, and installed 450 tonnes of structural steel at Parallel 113, a high-quality industrial unit in a prominent location adjoining the M6 motorway.
This single industrial warehouse unit of 113,000 sq. ft was constructed to a Grade A standard, with a BREEAM Very Good rating.
To be built on a reclaimed brownfield site with the financial assistance of the Black Country Enterprise Zone and the West Midlands Combined Authority, the site is located within easy access to junction 9 & 10 of the M6 motorway, and the UK motorway network.
The build was completed within programme in just three weeks, with praise from MCS for the teamwork and high regard for safety from BKHS from start to finish.
