As the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change daily and government advisories increase, we are continually reviewing our business continuity model to incorporate the relevant control measures to, firstly, to protect the health & wellbeing of both staff and clients alike, secondly, to continue project delivery with minimal disruption.
In order to ensure continuity of service from the BKS delivery teams, all meetings are by VC, with a significant number of employees working via remote home office facilities, this is reviewed on a daily basis so as to ensure all those affected have the necessary IT support and equipment to operate effectively, with minimal disruption.
We continue to work closely with clients and partners alike to ensure that all site activities are coordinated to respect individual continuity plans for each specific project.
We want to assure clients that we are continually planning and assessing the current situation, alongside government advisories in order to maintain normal productivity on-site & throughout our business, whilst ensuring that we operate in a healthy, safe manner.
