B&K Hybrid Solutions are now progressing on site at Burgess Hill, delivering 14 units on behalf of MCS and their client Panattoni. 

This large-scale multi-unit development will see the delivery of 14 warehouse units, spread across 8 buildings, ranging in size between 8,100 to 143,000 sq ft.

BKHS are supplying and erecting 1600 tonnes of structural steelwork, from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and are delighted to be working alongside MCS, Michael Sparks Associates, BWB Consulting, and Panattoni. 

Panattoni Park is a new 22-acre development is based south of London, within close proximity to many major transport links. These units will be situated within the industrial hub, already home to international logistical company, DPD and Roche. The units will be built to an EPC rating of ‘A’ and will benefit from 15% roof lights, electric charging points for vans and cars and up to 7.5 MVa of available power.

When completed, Panattoni Park will provide a local reach with 1.1million consumers accessible within a 45-minute drive time and a national impact by reaching 32.1million people within a single HGV journey.
