B&K Structures are proud to be part of the project team delivering Paradise, on behalf of Gilbert-Ash and Bywater Properties.
BKS have been appointed to design and deliver the structural timber elements, which will include cross laminated timber slabs and V shaped glulam feature columns.
Paradise – like its name suggests – has been designed to create happy and healthy workspaces, and the 63,250 sq ft, six-storey office building will feature a feature a flexible, open-plan layout and aims to catalyse job creation in Lambeth, attracting creative industries to this part of London.
This full-scale timber project – a visionary new commercial building in London - has been specified for timber's low carbon and biophilic qualities, whilst also blending in with the local landscape.
